1. I washed the meat, cut it into cubes and put it to boil, over low heat. I put it aside with a spatula.
2. I cleaned and washed the vegetables. I finely chopped the onion, green celery and grated the carrots.
3. When the meat was almost cooked, I added the vegetables, chopped above and let it boil for about 15 minutes, then I added diced potatoes, beans and peas, and I let it boil for another 15 minutes.
4. I added the tomato sauce, 2lg of magic borscht, parsley, larch and finely chopped celery leaf. I adjusted the salt and left for another 10 minutes, then I turned off the heat.
Serve hot, with sour cream and hot peppers, as desired. Enjoy.
