Prepare the 2 madeira cakes following the step by step recipe
Prepare the milk cream
In a thick-bottomed saucepan, bring the milk with honey and vanilla essence to the boil.
As soon as the milk has reached the boiling point, turn off the heat and add the cornstarch and sifted sugar.
Put the cream back on the heat and let it thicken, stirring continuously and cooking it for a few more minutes, once cold add it to the cream, previously whipped with a wooden spoon with a movement from bottom to top, put the milk cream in the fridge until time of its use
Prepare the syrup by infusing a lemon peel in a saucepan with water and sugar, cook over low heat for about ten minutes, then let it cool
Cut each cake into 3 horizontal discs, start with a 24 disc that you will place on a flat plate surrounded by a 24 cm hinged mold, wet it with the lemon syrup and fill it with a first layer of cream and cover with drops of chocolate (putting the ring all around you will keep the cake compact while you wet and stuff it
Continue putting another disc, wetting and filling with cream and chocolate chips. Finish by placing the last disc (which you will not get wet), exert a slight pressure on its surface to level the cake well, move on to stuff the 18 cm cake in the same way, then put in the fridge to harden for 30 minutes.
Take the 24-piece cake again and glaze it all around with a thin layer of milk cream
Roll out the pink sugar paste into a thin sheet and cover the 24 cm cake with it.

Line a 40 cm cake holder with a layer of green sugar paste, spread a little sugar paste jelly in the center, then go and place the cake in the center
On the surface of the cake, go and put some plastic sticks that will serve as pillars to hold the 2 floors, make a mark with a marker then lift them, cut off the excess, and put them back inside the cake, then put some stuffing and place on the surface a saucer or a hard plastic disk that will serve as a divider when you go to cut the first floor of the cake
In the same way, glaze the 18-piece cake, line it with the purple sugar paste, cut out the edges and place it on the cake creating the second floor.
At this point, you will need to have all the decorations you have chosen to use for the cake ready, you will need 3 little ponies, a rainbow, a blue rectangle, roses, butterflies, leaves, grass, white balls of various sizes, and the writings with the name of the birthday girl and the number of years she turns.
Now go put all the grass around the 24cm disc, the small balls around the 18cm cake
Then place the blue rectangle that will have to fall between the 2 cakes as if to look like a waterfall and place the rainbow between 24 cm and 18 cm, To make the pdz decorations adhere to the cake you have to brush the base with a little bit of water (the sugar when dissolving will act as a glue).
Now add the remaining sugar paste decorations and the my little pony cake is ready
